Ski Mountaineering Course on the Wapta Icefield
A gift to myself after enduring four years of electrical engineering...a five day course on the Wapta Icefields with training in glacier travel, route finding, avalanche rescue and avoidance and more. We stayed in the luxurious (for a hut) Bow Hut and had great snow. The beginning of a ski touring obsession? I think so!
